The Absinthe Eliz recipe from La Maison Ferroni is inspired by a 19th century recipe from the south of France. The absinthe plants used in its composition are fresh and worked within hours of harvesting, the recipe is complex and unique and includes more than twenty ingredients.
The nose is marked by green anise and grand wormwood. The palate is intense, complex and perfectly balanced by a hint of bitterness. Long, rich and grassy finish.
