On the nose: The nobility of small red fruits with notes of currant, cherry and wild strawberry.
A spicy touch, which links Bollinger Rosé to the style of Special Cuvée.
On the palate: there is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, the tannic side of which recalls the addition of red wine; a fine bubble like velvet; aromas of wild red fruits.

It is also perfect for a picnic on a summer afternoon, as an aperitif or with a dessert on the fruit and not very sweet.
