Nose: A very beautiful aromatic complexity with aromas of ripe fruit and spices.
Notes of roasted apple, compote and peach. Mouth: structure, length and liveliness.
The bubble is fine as velvet.
Aromas of pear, brioche and spices, notes of fresh walnuts are revealed on tasting.

Fish, especially sushi and sashimi, shellfish (shrimp, lobster, grilled lobster), poultry and white meats or even parmesan cheese and exceptional dried hams.
