Description

Appearance: deep yellow punctuated with hints of honey.
Nose: fruity, aromatic and intense with notes of candied lemon, quince kumquat, green peach, verbena and honey.
Palate: fruity and balanced, well conducted and offers a nice juicy structure, a fine minerality with notes of candied mandarin, stewed peach and almond.

Food/wine pairings

Chicory with Roquefort and walnuts, brioche of foie gras, salmon tartare, scallops, sea or river fish in sauce, game birds, fruit pies, Pithivier and tarte tatin.
