A clear dress of a pretty pale gold color.
On the nose, white flowers, citrus fruits and juicy fruits express themselves pleasantly.
We find them in the mouth, with a nice substance, voluminous and dense, supported by a slight tension which brings dynamism.

Scrambled eggs with prawns, veal paupiettes, marinière mussels, Basque piperade, chicken in yellow wine, langoustine salad.
