Taha’a, authentic island of French Polynesia 250 km from Tahiti. It is on this land that we have chosen to establish our know-how since 2005. Our sugar cane is harvested there manually, the juice is extracted, then fermented and distilled in the purest tradition. The old variety of O’Tahiti sugar cane offers us a palette of very flowery and fruity aromas, rivaling the best agricultural rums.
